Completed a few more quests. I'm going to finally commit to bringing the Thieves Guild back to prominence...
Married Mjoll today and decked her out in a full set of Nightingale Armor to match my own. We are a force to be reckoned with!

This week was a very productive week in Skyrim. I completed the Thieves Guild story line, unlocking the utterly amazing Nightingale Armor set (which I now wear exclusively) and have completed three out of the four Thieves Guild Restoration quests. I only have one more hold to go before the Guild is feared in all of Skyrim! It's nice walking through Whiterun and hearing the Guards talking about the increased presence of the Thieves.
I also broke 100,000 gold, earning the Golden Touch achievement. Once I fully complete the Thieves Guild I'll begin the Dark Brotherhood and also focus on buying new homes and possibly find a bride. I want to marry a follower this time so that I can exchange gear with her...plus maybe do a bit of adventuring with wifey.

I've been offline here for the last couple of days as Skyrim has taken over almost every waking moment. As I reached skill level 100 in smithing with Machete and crafted some amazing Dragon Armor, I felt that I reached my goal with him and decided to start over from scratch. I created a new character to tie in with my nerdy Marvel comics love. The Nord known as Thor the Avenger was born and began his very own adventure! Sadly for Thor, it has not been as adventurous as perhaps he had hoped...
Currently, I have yet to meet the Jarl of Whiterun or kill a single bandit, yet sit at level 33. After choping wood for a long time to earn some cash, I decided to follow some steps to create a trully epic set of armor. Want to know how? Click HERE.
I have currently made tens of thousands of Septims crafting potions and hope to have my alchemy skill maxed out within the next couple of days. I'm looking forward to begin my adventure with some overclocked legendary armor and laying waste to all who stand in my way!

Still going hard on Skyrim. Got my speech up to 100 with the exploit in Riften, now I'm crafting a ton of leather grieves and Iron Daggers to build up my smithing skill 100. I NEED to make some dragon armor, although the Glass set is gorgeous. On my next play-through I'm going to focus on completing my Companions quests.
Got two new games today from the Expert Zone. Kinectimals with Bears and HALO Anniversary. Maybe I'll pry myself from Skyrim for a while to give them a play.

Game played: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (Xbox360)
I have been so hooked on Skyrim, that I'm going to stop posting all I did and begin just posting achievements earned on the game. Definitely took me a long time to do what was needed to earn the 5,000 gold I needed to purchase my first home, but after finding the spell to turn Iron into Gold and figuring out that I was carrying a ton of wood which was causing me not to be able to carry much gear to sell, the ball got to rolling. I now have a fully upgraded Breezehome in Whiterun and married Ysolda , although Lydia the housecarl is a hottie. I might take her adventuring with me later. Another light gaming day...
Game played: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (Xbox360)
After a long day of working, I was definitely ready to take Machete back into Skyrim. Once there I continued to explore Riverwood. Found a spot where I could cut some wood for a bit, then tried my hand at smithing. I completed the first quest in which I had to forge an Iron Dagger and a Hide Helmet which introduced me to the forge, leather tanner, whetstone and workbench. Afterwards I began a quest for a jealous Bard who wants to steal his darling's affections from the resident Archery Instructor. After a bit more exploration in town, I took to the hills again to hunt and build my archery skill. While out and about, I found a mine. I will explore it tomorrow and hopefully find a pickax I can use to mine all the Iron Veins I've been coming across...

Another busy day today. Not much gaming happened...
Game played: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (Xbox360)Played further with Thor and continued the quest "The Golden Claw" After completing the quest and reaching level 3, but getting killed by some ghouls that reside in the catacombs, I decided to start a new character as I had not given much time to the character generator process. I decided to go with a Breton which I made to look like Danny Trejo and named Machete. I plan on going more ranged attacks with Machete. Stealth, magic and archery will be the focus as opposed to Thor's melee skills.
Reached Riverwood once again, but decided to talk to more people before heading out into side-quests. Got a bit of information about points of interest from residents, now I want to figure out how to craft potions and use magics. I like that this game gives you very little direction but instead forces you to discover. It's challenging and equally rewarding.
